All software written by us comes with one years free support.
Subsequently support can be be purchased on either an annual basis or on a one off basis when required.
In addition to support for our products we also offer general computer support and advice . We can support and train on all Microsoft Office products, SQL Server databases, MySQL databases, networking and support for all versions of Windows. When handling general support we install remote control software onto your machines to enable us to see your destop (with your permission) and take control to correct the problem. In the unlikely event that the problem cannot be fixed remotely a site visit will be made. All our annual support contracts include up to three site visits per year without extra charge.
